Owner Rebecca Monk is from Australia and opened Kooks in the heart of Brighton in 2015, it’s been a labour of love ever since.
Inspired by the cafe, brunch culture of Melbourne, Rebecca wanted to create a restaurant that delivered a similar relaxed & homely vibe with a fresh ‘kooky’ menu.
The friendly Kook’s team are committed to delivering great service and are passionate about the food they create and serve. Everything at Kooks is made from scratch using high quality produce and we support local producers wherever possible.
At Kooks we love to serve inventive, delicious food – we are renowned for our all-day brunches and espresso martinis! With a great sound track and excellent service we provide one of Brighton’s hottest independent dining spots.
